Job Description
- Receive and handling customer complaints, sales requests any in (Facebook, Phone calls, mail or internal).
- Preparing reports by recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and report them to the assigned department.
- Prepare customer complains (local & export) sheet containing of (receiving details and date of complaint, production date, follow up, …..).
- Receiving customer complaints by phone and do analysis for valid and not valid complains each half year.
- Responsible of customer satisfaction survey report after each claim.
- Record data on CRM system per case for complains or sales request.
- Do any other works related to customer service and their inquiry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Females only.
