Job Description
- Create and develop marketing assets that graphically represents the business objective and include clear visual communication of key messages.
- Maintain the brand identity and consistency through all produced creative artwork.
- Work closely with team members to execute high-quality marketing creatives that are appealing and engaging to each particular audience.
- Prioritize and execute assigned project workload to ensure schedules and deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
- Maintain the highest possible standards for all web, digital, print and collateral materials.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Engage in personal development and stay up to date with the latest industry developments, tools, practices, techniques and standards.
- Function within a team structure and operate as a partner to all team members across the company.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
- 5-year hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A portfolio of completed design projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a big plus.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
- Very high attention to visual details.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of web design.
- Ability to develop print and collateral material with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and redirect projects to meet competing and changing deadlines.
- Ability to come up with new branding and effective, professional brand.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.
- English and Arabic proficiency.
