Job Description
- Handling general receptionist tasks (answer phones, taking notes, stick with the to do list for the day)
- Greeting guests
- In charge of giving guests directions and handling any concerns
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- Arrange and confirm reservations
- Check-in and check-out
- Helping with housekeeping (prepare breakfast, calling the laundry, etc)
