Job Description
Ensuring the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and support company's team members
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Company Data Base:
- Creating data base and gather data as per below:
- Suppliers data base (cooperating with procurement) – soft and hard documentation and filing
- Employees data base (cooperating with HR) - soft and hard documentation and filing
- Hotels and car rentals database
- Official documents Database (cooperating with the legal and financial department) - soft and hard documentation and filing
- Clientele database (cooperation with account manager)
- Acquiring updates from concerned parties and apply them to databases.
- Maintain the database files and assure their back up on periodical schedule.

- Training & Development
- Personnel & Payroll

Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in Administration
- Previous Experience in Human Resources
- Minimum work experience of 1 year in admin or HR position
- Any studies related to HR is a plus
- Excellent Command of English
- Flexible to Work in Alexandria & Cairo
- Ready to work on a flexible schedule
- Excellent use of MS Office
