Job Description
- Manages the implementation of ERP system and ensure the delivery of premium technical services and business application development
- Lead infrastructure strategic and operational planning
- Drive the operational excellence in everything; this includes but not limited to creating process, procedures, and automation to improve efficiency in our day to day tasks and projects
- Audit the systems and assess their outcomes
- Investigate IT security reported incidents or deducted by the security monitoring system and take the needed corrective or preventive action.
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 6 years
- MCSA certificate
- CCNA certificate
- Pharmacies chain experience is a plus
- Softech ERP system experience is a plus
