- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Up-sell the company's services and solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet the customer's expectations.
- Provide a professional initiatives to enhance the customer satisfaction and retention.
- Help management with company- wide strategic planning.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven (0-2) experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/ customer service role.
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
- Excellent command of English language
