Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short-listed candidates..
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed.
  • Help with the on-boarding process of new candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any.
  • Training Courses in Human Resources would be a big plus..
  • Experience: (1-3) years of experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
  • Excellent in English.
