Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our company growth.

The ideal candidate will typically be going to:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with our policies
  • Supervising the office staff and their performance
  • Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Other responsibilities include:

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Attention to details.
  • Calm, cheerful and professional

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • You should have great organizing, attention to details and time management skills.
  • More of an OCD in cleanliness
  • You should be a natural-born leader and great communicator
  • Fluent English is a must
