Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office & Coordinate between guests and the employee.
  • Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree (English sections) is a MUST.
  • Excellent written English (written & spoken) is a MUST.
  • V. Good in Microsoft Office tools.
  • V. Good Knowledge of business writing emails.
  • V. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptive to change & Detail-oriented
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduate
  • Job Location Giza- Mohandeseen.
  • Job Type: (Full Time) Office Based.
