Job Description
- Communicate with the clients and commercializing the products.
- Explain the prose and the benefit of the products offered and how to use it.
- Provide a brief about the product and the contract once the deal be completed.
- Receive the inquiries and the complaints which received from the clients and ensure a rapid response.
- Implementing the sales and customer service policy and instruction which approved from the sales manager.
- Make a daily report to show what has been achieved.
- Make surveys to know the client’s opinions and satisfaction.
- Working on CRM system
- Make a touch point between the company and the clients
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 - 3 years as customer service
- Education: suitable / university degree
- Age: 30 Max
- English: Good.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Sales skills, negotiation skills are a MUST.
- Has very good communication skills.
