Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Dealing with correspondence and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Department of Business Administration.
- Maximum Age: 32 years old
- Females only
- Preferably a graduate of the AUC, GUC.
- Preferably owns a car
- Fluent in English
- Good-looking, hard worker, tact, diplomacy, communication skills and intuitive speed.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
