Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Dealing with correspondence and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce Department of Business Administration.
  • Maximum Age: 32 years old
  • Females only
  • Preferably a graduate of the AUC, GUC.
  • Preferably owns a car
  • Fluent in English
  • Good-looking, hard worker, tact, diplomacy, communication skills and intuitive speed.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
