About the Job
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mails,
  • Handling all administrative letters, collect them and sort them on the computer
  • Responsible for courier delivers
  • Maintain records
  • Receiving payment and record receipts for services

  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
