Air & Sea Export Coordinator

Main Job Duties:

• Participate in the development and management of pricing related processes and tools
• Produce accurate and complete freight quotations in response to inquiries made by external & internal customers and internal team members
• Contact shipping lines for freight rates based on the destination/transit time requirements provided by the customer
• Reach a quotation turnaround time within the guidelines set by the department manager
• Prepare rates and organize company information for tender processes
• Provide monthly reporting on overseas response to RFQ’s
• Maintain and update pricing database
