Job Description
Main Purpose:
The Senior Brand Manager - (North Africa) - MENA FOBO handling beverages will support the planning and execution of brand plans via project management, aligning cross functionally and managing agencies. Also expected to monitor and analyze brand KPI’s including sales, share and consumer indicators.
Accountabilities:
- Monitor and analyze all brand KPIs covering Sales, Share and Consumer KPIs + Develop brand scorecards
- Support in executing plans and consumer campaigns
- Support Marketing Manager in planning AOP
- Manage budget of assigned plan
- Attend consumer interactions (groups, in-home, market visits,..)
- Monitor, measure and report brand plans & competitive activities.
- A&M control and adherence
- Support in Org action plans to improve work environment / WLB (Healthy Living)
- Focus on BTL communication, packaging, social media/digital marketing and PR
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of Marketing experience is required.
- Proficiency in English language is required. Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
