Job Description
- Oversee the day to day operations to ensure service delivered in accordance with maintenance agreements.
- Oversees the resolution of issues with in-house and outside contractors and establishes priorities to ensure maintenance needs are met.
- Coordinating with other related/concerned departments to maintain and assure a smooth work flow.
- The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of the project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
- Identifying and bringing in cost savings where appropriate.
- Main point of contact for client/s seeking support and information.
- Oversees Help-desk function and conducting analysis to identify areas of success and actions to be taken.
- Monitor handling and closing all work order and clients requests through the CMMS system.
- Oversees and ensure site warehouse minimum stock levels.
- Manage the periodical and monthly reports of the project based on the approved work plan.
- Present Hassan Allam FM in all management meetings with a client concerning any technical or managerial aspects.
- Produce and validate quotations to the client/s
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in FM (2 years minimum experience in residential compounds is a must).
- Good command of English Language.
- Proficiency in necessary Computer Programs.
