Job Description
- Handling and organizing all groups, individuals and incentives, proposals and reservations from all over the world (Hotels, Nile cruises, Restaurants, Guides, Cars, Sleeping train and Air tickets).

Responsibility for the travel & tourism services provided to the customers.

- Following up on the daily operations.
- Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions;
- Writing reports and maintaining records.
- Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts to use.
- Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps.
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
