Job Description
- Evaluate new jobs and provide the corresponding level and salary.
- Construct Annual operating plan (AOP) for the three Entities.
- Prepare April/August Forecast to cover all changes and amendments that should be reflected.
- Prepare salary increase design and implementation process for all outsourced Employees (EEs).
- Advise on new EEs salary.
- Prepare monthly (cause of change) report covering all the cost elements among the three MUs.
- Analyze the salary survey conducted by a third party company and benchmark our salaries, benefits against the market.
- Revisit our allowances scheme and check the availability of changing the current status upon market movement.
- Prepare all the new quotations for all MUs and amend any cost element if changed.
- Provide any FHR or OS team with cost details from AOP or Actuals.
- Finalizing the deal with the Medical Provider and achieve a competitive increase rate that is compatible with the budget.
- Track the savings and task achieved by each category in each MU.
- Ensuring that OS Actual figures are compatible with the finance figures and mitigate any differences in all business units.
- Prepare smart spending year to date productivity and submit it to the finance to be uploaded on the power stirring.
- Prepare and update quotation matrix for all suppliers reflecting all cost elements.
- Set clear guide lines on the outsourcing GL definitions and the positions classified underneath
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant study.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in HR field (HR previous experience or internship is a MUST, Preferrable Compensation & Benefits)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written of English language.
- Reporting & analysis experience is a must.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office strong knowledge (Excel).
- Strong communication skills.
