Job Description

  • Handling the office petty cash and the other accounting matters
  • Responsible for the employees' HR matters (vacations, attendance, etc..)
  • Responsible for maintaining the office supplies
  • Handling all the office bank issues
  • Paying the office bills (telephone, electricity, etc..)
  • Managing the office workers (drivers and office boy)
  • Handling walk-in customers and incoming telephone calls
  • Handle most of the Korean managers' issues and requests

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • At least 1~ 2 years of previous experience is a MUST (in Administration)
  • Excellent in English language written and spoken
  • Can handle several tasks at a time (multi-tasking)
  • Excellent in MS-Office and Excel
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Act in a professional manner and maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Punctual and have the sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle walk-in customers
