Monitor inventory levels and obsolescence in a warehouse.
Filing inbound and outbound documents.
Responsible for all the stock located within the warehouse
Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required.
Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate
Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable
Entering data on the system if required
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Experience not less than 1 years, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value.
Able to work under pressure.
Have a fast response to urgent duties as per the organization needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Very Good Computer skills.
Very Good English skills.
