Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in related field.
- Prior administrative experience not less than 3 years, preferably in the Education Field.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Very good commend of English Language is required.
- Desire to be proactive, accurate and excellent communicator.
