Job Description
- Build social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for monthly calendar
- Continuously improve social presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data trends, insights and best practices, and then acting accordingly
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity and trends within social media spaces
- Moderate the social community to manage reputation, by replying messages and comments
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in managing social media platforms is a must
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms' front and back end and how best to use them, with specific focus on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
- Expert knowledge in digital content creation, including writing and editing
- Experience with social publishing, monitoring and measurement platforms, like Sprout Social
- Basic understanding of broader digital marketing tactics outside of social media management, including branding, content marketing and digital advertising.
