Job Description
- Achieve the annual target amount, and a sub target – meetings, offers and calls –
- Search for new leads on web or from various industries books
- Contact new leads daily, which be Hr. officer in middle and large corporates, using the phone – committed to the daily and monthly target-
- Determine and attend a sales visits with the new leads - committed to the daily and monthly target-
- Present the company and our services, and get proposals requests.
- Get all required data from the customers such as table of benefits, ages all available data, which help in pricing.
- Pricing the proposals and write down on our offers.
- Send the offers to customers by mail or by hand, and follow up daily with them
- Negotiate with the customers until converts the offer to contract
- Providing weekly report about the offers status and situation to his manager
- Recording the data in his Excel sheet (given to him) in a clear and complete way
- Sending the sheet daily to his manager and weekly to his manager and CEO.
- Maintaining and secure the sheet, and do not take it out outside the work
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences to get data
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Age average from 24 to 35
- Bachelor degree is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized
- Good or excellent in English, in both of writing and speaking
- Sales and Target oriented
- Knowledge of the sales principles
