Job Description
The post-holder manages, plans, organizes, schedules, prioritizes, assigns, reviews, improve the work of assigned Information Technology Services (ITS) staff.
To ensure distinctive and efficient performance and use of IT services with IT Infrastructure that enables all employees and students to perform their work and study duties smoothly and efficiently regarding the IT services generally and Campus Security Specifically .
The post-holder will be responsible for :
- IT and Network Systems administration
- Campus Security Accountability
- Experience in Access control
- Ensuring Maximum/Optimum performance of Technology Services
- Maintenance and Monitoring
- People Management
- Coverage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of computer science of relevant discipline “MIS, CS, CE, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of a variety of network protocols
- Knowledge of Networking systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills in a
networking environment. - Possess problem solving ability in relation to troubleshooting
desktop problems for standalone and networked systems. - Technical abilities and strong teamwork skills in a networking
environment. - Possess a polite, pleasant manner with the ability to communicate with users at all levels.
- Good command of English Language Customer satisfaction/ service skills.
- Knowledge of LINUX operating systems
- Knowledge of Apple desktop operating systems
