Job Description
- Provide high level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports.
- Performing Clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and arrange meetings.
- Make arrangements for any meetings required.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Monitor Office supplies.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Follow up on action plans.
- Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- From 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS office and "Back - office" software.
- In depth Knowledge of office management.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organized and time management.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and work for extra hours in high season.
