Job Description
- Define what good looks like with respect to CRM (Salesforce) data compliance and completeness, implement and monitor this across sales teams in the MEA region
- Develop, own and execute core sales processes such as territory definition, lead allocation, reporting and forecasting
- Partner with in-market sales leadership, provide powerful insights, build collateral for business reviews and obtain alignment on strategic direction
- Lead key in-market projects and represent the market and its priorities in global projects and forums
- Optimise sales tooling, escalate issues and deliver sales process and tool training to our sales teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience: ideally sales or sales operations experience in dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environments, and solid working knowledge of SFDC, bonus if you have admin experience.
- Analytics: We use data to inform our decisions; you’ll quickly identify what data is required to take on a problem and how to analyse it to get to the answer. You’ll have experience dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real-world. You will have proficiency with data analysis and drawing out key insights using MS Excel / Gsheets, bonus if you have experience with SQL, R, python etc.
- Data compliance: you understand CRM datasets, world-class data entry and completeness. You can define and drive minimum requirements and track progress through to completion.
- Reporting: deep understanding of leading and lagging / input and output metrics, powerful visualisations, report and dashboard building, Tools: Tableau, SFDC dashes, Dashbuilder etc.
- Sales process design and execution: ability to design and run sales processes such as lead generation and allocation, forecasting etc.
