Job Description
- Set the time required to implement the project by following the schedule provided by the contractor.
- Require the contractor to comply with the standards and specifications agreed in the tender clauses.
- Follow up the quality of the work carried out through the executing contractor and submit reports to the owner.
- Approving the works, approving the quantities and directing the dispensing of the extracts due to the Contractor from the owner.
- Imposition of fines on the contractor in case of failure to perform works or manipulation of the materials and specifications prescribed in the draft tender.
- Coordinate the delivery process to the contractor and receive from him after the completion of the project.
- Focus on removing any obstacles or problems that appear to the contractor in the project land resulting from other parties.
- Approving the final remarks after implementation, supervising their execution, releasing the contractor's final guarantee and handing the project over to the owner for free disposal.
Job Requirements
