Job Description
- Handling day to day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills receivables & payable.
- Handling petty cash maintenance.
- Handling supplier bill payments.
- Files management & book keeping knowledge of labor payments.
- Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.
- Review weekly time sheets, along with the accounting group.
- Conduct staff performance reviews.
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance across the work site.
- Mediate on-site conflicts.
- Prepare and submits weekly progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Accounting Degree.
- Previous experience at Construction Company is a MUST.
- Minimum experience of 3 years at same field.
