Job Description
- Making quotations for spare parts
- Respond to customer calls, inquiries and complaints
- Guide technicians to solve customer problems
- Making work orders for management
- Supervise the implementation of the work orders of the administration, from the issuance to delivery and installation to the client.
- Work to satisfy the work and gain confidence through dealing with departments.
Working Conditions:
- Friday & Saturday off
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Department of Production Engineering
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the same field
- Very good of English language.
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong and clear communication that is highly skilled in resolving complex issues
