Job Description
- Support for Commercial Project Manager on B/C projects
- Update reports required for project controlling
- Analyse data related to financial results/outlook and provide support to Project Team
- Cost Centre Analysis.
- Management of Accruals, Provisions and Work in Process.
- Accounts Payable Management, UPRs
- Commercial Invoicing, raising Debit/ Credit Memo, GR/IR
- Support of Project controlling activities
- Account Receivables end-to-end process responsibility
Job Requirements
- Preferable Accounting or Finance Degree.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, controlling, forecasting and planning, commercial PM, risk management, accounting,
- Compliance
- Excellent communication skills needed for liaising with internal and external interfaces.
- Ability to analyse information and provide reports and feedback to project team members.
- Strong Ability to communicate / work with international teams across different countries and cultures
