Job Role
- Management of operations site in Cairo, driving discipline and adherence across the site
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate infrastructure
- Ensuring adherence to local legal and compliance requirements, manage audits
- Effective implementation of organization policies and procedures
- Develop strategies, ideas and business plans to support existing operations.
- Provide a secure and appropriate environment to employees
- Manage client and management visits
- Lead, coach and motivate teams in their skills/knowledge development to contribute effectively towards the achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies/institutions
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Graduate from any stream
Other Qualifications: A degree in Masters of Business Administration will be an advantage
Skills Required:
- Decision making and Risk-taking abilities and Responsiveness
- Fluent & clear Communicator and a good listener.
- Understanding of commercials and basic tax requirements in Egypt
- Good negotiator
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for businesses
