Job Description

  • Maintain customer relations by sending Happy birthday SMS to customers daily.
  • Received calls on the hotline and customer inquiries and reply to telephone follow any department.
  • Support Clients by all the information needed and guide them to the business developer who can technically support them with the suitable program needed.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate courses implementation.
  • Resolving any problems and requests of customers during Courses held daily.
  • Supervise the halls before Courses.
  • Send the hotline and visits daily report.
  • Responsible for booking customers’ courses and filling in all the papers and data required when booking.
  • Follow-up collections with clients (all amounts owed by the customer)
  • Greeting and guiding guests and clients.
  • Responsible for attending outside courses inside the client’s company for coordination.
  • Maintains customer records by updating clients’ information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or any related field.
  • Experience: From 0 to 1 Year in customer service and training field.
  • English level: Good.
  • Presentable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Location: Heliopolis.
