Job Description

  • Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Performing various activities in SAP for work related requirements.
  • Support to Service and Execution team for gate passes and site support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communications skills, with fluent English and Arabic language.
