Job Description
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Performing various activities in SAP for work related requirements.
- Support to Service and Execution team for gate passes and site support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration.
- Excellent communications skills, with fluent English and Arabic language.
