Job Description

  • Prepare, follow and update the annual Manpower plan.
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle for White collars.
  • Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers.
  • Create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
  • Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
  • Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
  • Attending Job Fairs.
  • Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
  • Follow up the induction training for the new employees; follow up training attendance and training results.
  • Support and follow up the internal training, prepare training records and follow up training results.
  • Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites.
  • Communicate with training centers, get the approvals and complete reservation process.
  • Assist HR manager in various HR tasks activities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • HR certificate is a plus.
  • Very good in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Excellent Command in MS. Excel is a must.
  • Previous experience gained working for a highly demanding team.
  • An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.
  • Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of increasingly HR experience, preferred to be in health care
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidates management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Experience in HR function specially talent acquisition.
  • Determined Military status for Males
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Good Knowledge about Egyptian labor law·
  • Tech Start-up Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Field
