Job Description
Job Duties And Responsibilities.
- Prior experience prospecting and selling IT/software services is a mandatory skill to be considered for this position.
- Lead Generation / Appointment Generation, Web Research, Cold calling, Campaign, and closing Sales.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues
- Perform end to end business development from creating and maintaining lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to clients or prospects to qualify leads and close sales for IT services we offer.
- Accompanying Pre-sales team to customer meetings, Carry on a business conversation and with business owners and decision-makers
- Sending proposal to customers and handling customer till closure
- Experience in reading and understanding current market trends for selling IT Services
- Engage and drive outbound lead generation activities by taking various initiatives.
- Qualify effective leads, plan a cadence of regular follow-ups till sales closure and post-sales follow-ups.
- Meeting sales targets (discovery and presenting solution consulting calls etc,), take ownership of sales target
- Develop, maintain and report on a weekly, quarterly plan
- Find sales qualified leads based on market research and extensive sourcing on the web
- Identify market opportunities, target markets and strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across Egypt geography.
- Intelligent data gathering on competitors and customers to generate leads for possible sales and follow up sales activities
- Generating leads through various mediums using best practices
- Make outbound calls/follow-up calls to prospects, sense opportunities, qualify leads and ability to set/generate meetings and close the sales.
- Build and maintain an accurate prospect/customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and prospect information
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product and all other aspects of customer service
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager that fits into the overall framework of the position
Job Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Development of IT services, software services.
- Highly experienced in closing sales and meeting targets.
- Best opportunity mining experience
- Good in requirement elicitation

- Excellent on the number, target driven
