Job Description
- Supervise sales team and guide them in their daily tasks
- Assign monthly/quarterly / annual targets to team members
- Periodically visit and follow up on key-accounts
- Ensure all product & service related information is clearly transmitted to, and understood by the customers
- Approach prospect key accounts and finalize business agreements
- Achieve target market share in cooperation with the marketing manager
- Prepares annual sales forecast, feasible sales action plan and achieve foretasted sales according to the specified company standards
- Ensures sales & marketing plan are implemented by his team (pricing, promotions, communication, etc)
- Assists his team to resolve customer complaints and arrange solutions' implementation with the company management
- Delivers qualitative and quantitative monthly reports to the top management
- Identify market opportunities and suggests suitable action plan to capture them.
- Evaluate sales team performance and provides daily support to his subordinates to ensure maximum sales efficiency
- Oversee marketing campaigns intended to increase market share and uses available tools to improve product mix sold
- Ensure high service level is provided to the customer by his team and take corrective actions when needed
Job Requirements
- 3-8 years of total sales experience (with at least 1 year of leading a small to medium team)
- Sales experience in electrical panels, security systems, renewal energy or related fields
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic or related degree
- Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Very Good command of English language
- Leadership skills
- Honest, creative and hard-worker
