Job Description
Lead Architect leads a team of client facing architecture resources, manage workload allocations and set the guidelines and general approach to pre-sales client contact. He/she acts as a client facing advisor from the applications team, consulting with clients to determine their needs and translate these into application architectures, working with FS teams and vendors to build solutions. The role will create viable solution content which will be used in the pre-sales process. Also Lead the Solutions Architecture within the products development
Key Responsbilities
Financial / Sales
- Develops pre-sales opportunities into defined requirements and complete solutions to meet client needs, creating content to feed into any final content.
- Assists in planning, monitoring and/or managing budget in functional area of department/ or one project
Strategic / Tactical
- Analyses the overall landscape of solutions in the market and trends related to business applications, digital transformation and keeps up to date with SaaS/Cloud technologies.
Operational
- Co-ordinate work assignments across the team, attend team meetings, assist with sales strategy, team structure, recruitment, etc.
People & Development
- Builds and leads a high-performance team and/or running a team of senior technical hires is highly desirable.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – Field of study (if applicable): LikeComputer Science, Information Technology
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
Minimum Experience
- 8 +years of over-all experience with relevant experience of Any Cloud certification, TOGAF certification
- Experience of a broad series of industries with some career history from a minimum of two of the following verticals: Finance, Public Sector, Health Services, Energy & Utilities and Education.
Job Specific Skills
- Experience of developing infrastructure services for large/complex clients in heterogeneous environments, preferably having worked with systems which underpin bespoke developed software
- Knowledge to extract detailed technical information from technical staff while being able to draw out business requirements
