Job Description
Produces art layouts by developing art concepts; providing work direction to staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Create clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter/content team
- Create sketches, storyboards, to visualize ideas
- Ability to lead, develop and deliver designs, photography Motion-graphics, and video projects
- Understand digital marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the Creative team across different types of digital channels
- Meet the deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Job Requirements
- 9 years of Proven working experience as Art director not less than 3 years in an Agency
- Hands on experience with interactive off/online media designs such as Banners, typography, color, web layout design, social media designs, image selection and photography
- expert in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Creative Skills with a strong portfolio is a must
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with video is a plus
- Relevant education or Certificate.
