Job Description
- Receive and execute instructions and decisions from direct supervisor.
- Ensuring safety regulation is applied within his work environment with full compliance with all related Safety Standards..
- Oversees warehouse operations, receiving activities, stock storing, and inventory issues.
- Responsible for proper control of materials delivered to site.
- Perform periodical rolling stock checks of random bin/aisle locations.
- Carry out Quality Assurance procedures for component inspections, expiration date and original certificates for parts where deemed necessary.
- Ensure parts and consumables are made available for all site needs.
- Maintain the warehouse in a tidy useable state providing an efficient and safe working area comply with 5S rules.
Job Requirements
- University degree in relevant field.
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in materials control and warehousing.
- Sound knowledge of the handling and storage of Spare parts, electronic equipment and dangerous goods.
- Easily deals with techniques and Inventories ERP.
- Familiar with stores accounting.
- Excellent English language (written and spoken).
- Well organized, detail oriented
- Active, patient and hard worker.
- Have the ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid Driving License will be preferred.
