Job Description

We are looking for the super girl who has super powers in office administration & management!

Our girl won't hesitate to represent us on front desk

You are typically going to:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to our policies
  • Supervising the office staff and their performance
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

AND You'll be handling HR tasks such as:

  • Team outings/office events
  • Recruitment coordination & screening
  • Employees files (attendance-vacations- hiring docs)

Job Requirements

  • No past exp. is needed but if you have then it will be a huge plus in selection.
  • You should have a great organizing, attention to details and time management skills.
  • More of an OCD in cleanliness
  • You should be a natural born leader and great communicator
  • Fluent English is a must
