Perform/Follow up buildings and facilities maintenance tasks on assets (Individually or within a team)
Handing over and continued jobs to next shift clearly and smoothly.
Distributing jobs/work orders to available service men/technicians/craftsmen, taking into account the capability of each.
Initiate periodic/ random inspections in various stages of work, follow up the jobs during his shift and resolve any unforeseen problems.
Receiving services requests calls from his supervisor and assign a group according to work requirement and priorities
Check jobs after completion to ensure proper service.
Enforce safety standards in line with company policy and government regulations.
Assist in training technicians whenever required to increase work efficiency.

University degree, in Civil/Architecture department.
3 to 4 years’ experience in Port facility maintenance or similar transportation facility
Experience in work specifications and related standards, with excellent skills of trouble shooting.
Excellent AutoCAD, MS Project, and office package use.
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Easily deals with tech drawings & manuals
Excellent English language (reporting skills are required).
Well organized, detail oriented
Active, patient and hard worker.
Have the ability to work independently and with a team
Valid Driving License will be preferred.
