Job Description
- Defining project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Tracking project milestones and deliverable.
- Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Determining and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate requirements if necessary during project cycle.
- Directing and managing project development from beginning to end.
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Developing and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
- Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Job Requirements
- 3- 5 years of Experience in same position and same field.
- PMP certified.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
