Job Description
- Participate in a variety of recruitment activities ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and equitable.
- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre-decided timelines.
- Prepare job advertisement, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies.
- Interview all potential candidates for all open vacancies.
- Build updated applicants data base.
- Ensure receiving all enrollment documents in full compliance with the law requirements.
- Conduct employee orientation and introductory training for newcomers.
- Lead employer branding activities.
- Conduct an exit interview and analyze it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in an industrial field.
- HR Management diploma will be added value.
- Egyptian Labor Law awareness.
- Fluent fluency of English language.
- An excellent user on Excel.
- Good observer, focused, details and quality-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to deal with different cultures.
- Familiarity with social media, resume database, online recruitment.
