Job Description
- Design, oversee, and review Contractor’s works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents.
- Resolve design issues arising on site.
- Participate in contract administration.
- Review Contractor’s submissions.
- Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions.
- Prepare and present progress report as and when needed.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of as-built drawings.
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A professional Engineering degree
- Demonstrated ability in Site Planning and Design Detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective time management ability & attention to details
- At least 4 years of construction supervision experience on landscape projects related to roads, highways, parks, public realm, promenade, and others.
- Knowledgeable in Irrigation and soft landscaping works.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Preferably with relevant experience working in an engineering Landscape firm
