Job Description
- Responsible of controlling production processes to assure they are according to standards
- Conduct regular check and inspection for finished products and materials.
- Release finished products after ensuring inspection results are within the set standard specs.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of all incoming materials, components and products in(Materials Area, Production area –Warehouse area) to ensure finished product quality.
- Working closely with Production and R&D Dep. to achieve product quality and Improvement Plan.
- Maintain an effective and efficient Quality Control System to comply with ISO standards.
- Monitor reasons for returns and implement inspection process for all products, develop and follow up corrective action plans.
- Audit and ensure the implementation of the QC systems and procedures & SOPs.
- Review Customer Complains with Sales team, for QC necessary action.
- Resolve all technical issues with suppliers vs. quality specs.
- Review and update all manufacturing SOPs and work instructions and ensure its update and controlled.
- Run the internal audit programs inside the factory.
- Initiate improvement initiatives for improvement processes to reduce waste, costs, and quality.
- Audit & ensure WHs stick to the Quality STDs during storing process.
- Stick to the SHE regulation in line with SHE STDs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards.
- More than 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management tools.
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a plant environment.
- Good Command of English Language (Written & Spoken)
