Job Description
- Follow up the daily production plans and activities to sustain the smooth production operations and production achievements.
- Manage material mix phase before production
- Maintain Machinery parameters for startup phase during operating and shutdown to ensure minimum loss of production time and profits.
- Stick to Quality STDs and apply 5S system during production process.
- Investigate and analyze production lines stoppage and breakdowns for action plan.
- Monitor labors' performance to enhance labors' capabilities and to achieve the production plans.
- Monitor, measure, and control material flow to reduce material deviation ratio.
- Communicate and implement new projects operational technical skills to labors.
- Stick to the ISO certification process.
- Follow operational work instructions (SOP) for production activities.
- Stick to the SHE regulations in line with SHE STD.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of Production Engineering experience
- Good Command of English Language (Written & Spoken)
- Good Computer Skills
- Al Sadat residents is a Must
