Job Description
- As a Digital Engagement Executive your role will consist of driving internal engagement of employees and external engagement of influencers through best-in-class digital communications.
- In this role you will be working closely with the head of NAME Communications in devising, producing and implementing a strategy to drive engagement with audiences through MCOs corporate digital channels.
- Internally, you will be responsible of sourcing, developping and publishing content for internal digital channels and managing Senior Leadership digital communications with their audiences.
- You will also be responsible for managing the delivery of key projects and activities, including the activation of new tools and technology and global campaigns and content.
- Externally you will responsible for delivering campaigns on digital channels aiming at building thought leadership on strategic topics and issues .
- You will also be supporting the team on issues and crisis management providing guidance and supporting on the execution of proactive and reactive plans.
- And last, you will be responsible for driving the performance and analytics of all the channels.
Job Requirements
Essential:
- Corporate digital channels management
- Managing internal and/or external communications
- Excellent relationship-building and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Desirable:
- Managing large-scale networks of sites and monitoring site standards
- Working in a regional role
