Job Description
- Manage all legal affairs related to labor law such as documents and procedures with labor offices and social insurance offices.
- Maintain excellent relation with labor office & social insurance office.
- Manage monthly attendance (leaves and absenteeism,late arrival ,…etc.)
- Maintaining & updating of the legal personnel files.
- Ensure that the company policy comply with the labor law.
- Manage and prepare payroll activity .
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives to high performance.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Responsible for hire employees for the company and arrange for their orientation and training.
- Manage private medical insurance issues.
- Assist to prepare all development plans for organization and ensure efficiency of all HR programs and prepare new employee documents and maintain accuracy of all documents.
