Job Description
Events Coordinator is responsible for handling all logistics of Clubliko events under the leadership of Account Executive, providing administrative support & driving the business.
Responsibilities:
- Make bookings for future events at Clubliko
- Follow up with customers on their existing reservations
- Always update direct line manager with current birthdays, field trips, events, classes, camps etc.
- Handle all the logistics for the event (set up, location, needed materials, decorations, an involvement of other departments, registration process etc.) before and during the event.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same position & sales is highly preferable
- Creative & passionate
- Fluent English is a must
- French language will be a plus
- Confident user of Microsoft
- Male or female
- 20 – 30 years
- Flexibility to work on shift bases and weekends is a must.
