Job Description

Events Coordinator is responsible for handling all logistics of Clubliko events under the leadership of Account Executive, providing administrative support & driving the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Make bookings for future events at Clubliko
  • Follow up with customers on their existing reservations
  • Always update direct line manager with current birthdays, field trips, events, classes, camps etc.
  • Handle all the logistics for the event (set up, location, needed materials, decorations, an involvement of other departments, registration process etc.) before and during the event.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the same position & sales is highly preferable
  • Creative & passionate
  • Fluent English is a must
  • French language will be a plus
  • Confident user of Microsoft
  • Male or female
  • 20 – 30 years
  • Flexibility to work on shift bases and weekends is a must.
