Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Care Agent to join our growing team in Cairo office and provide top-notch service to our customers across the region
Job Summary:
Handle all customer service transactions including inbound/outbound calls and emails. Responsible for satisfying customers and maintaining a good image for the group. He/she may answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide insightful reports on the customer experience to the management
Job Description:
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
- Answer inquires by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints if any
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary to collect customers’ feedback and ensure that they are fully satisfied with the service
- Perform outbound campaign calls on a daily basis
- Additional responsibilities can be added if needed
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in business administration or any relevant field
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment preferably offshore accounts.
- Strong problem solving & analysis skills
- Good attention to details
- Team oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual speaker “English & Arabic”
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Very flexible and adaptive to new conditions or circumstances
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude and able to take our customer experience to the next level
