Job Description
- Supervise operation and provides guidance to the team
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of manpower, equipment and resources
- Communicate and interact with employees to optimize task performance while maintaining a high level of morale
- Has budgeting and time management oversight responsibilities and is involved with staff training , evaluation and development
- Manages the process of solutions delivery ensuring implementations are completed on-time and within budget
- Ensures customers are kept fully informed throughout the implementation process and that expectations are met
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or any relevant engineering degree.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant operations experience
- Experience in records management, logistics and fleet management is strongly preferred
- Data-driven, problem-solving and conflict management capabilities
- Leadership and Time Management Skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English & Arabic
